Training Program Manager

We are looking to hire someone to define and execute our content strategy, and build out our learning platform comprising of eLearning, digital content, videos and instructor led sessions. The successful candidate will have experience in building and leading training programs, and building a team of skilled educators.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design the training strategies for the suite of FINBOURNE products, including both digital delivery and instructor led classes
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify and develop content to support training programs
  • Curate the LMS to provide a high quality learning experience
  • Define processes to track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as required

 

Skills, experience and qualifications we require

 

  • Experience of implementing training programs
  • Experience of implementing Docebo
  • Practical experience of producing training content across a variety of mediums such as eLearning platforms, video, and classroom based delivery
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and implementing it as part of a training program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
